Application:
This armature winder WIND-STR is a fast flyer coil winding machine for motor mass production
manufacturing of hook type commutator armature,Mixer,Vacuum cleaners, Hammers,Power tool...
Working Principle:
This fully automatic winding machine WIND-STR adapts double flyers structure, 2pcs Mitsubishi servo
motor drive the two flyers rotation, and 1pc Mitubishi indexing servo motor make sure the precise
indexing.
During working, the armature body is clamped tightly by left and right side two winding tooling and shaft
clamping device. When flyers are running, wire goes through the wire holder, tension device then enters
hollow spindle, comes out from wire sliding wheel, then the wire slides into the armature slot through flyer
wire guiding wheel. After this step, armature into the slot to do winding.
Advantages:
1. Crazy Fast , in normal condition can wind at speed 1000~1500rpm, get one piece wound armature in
23s
2. The winding parameter can be setted on touch screen for different armatures, easy operation
as 12 slots, 24 hook

The windings generator magnetic filed in motors, there are kinds of armatures with different shape
windings conductors,
During which the lap winding, wave winding are windely used in universal motor, while conductor forming
flat wire round wire forming are windely used in starter motor armature.
For PMDC motor, how many magnets and brushes related to how many poles,
for example with 2pole, 16 segments,The winding is always symmetrical,

pitch type of winding is in general use, because it produces less sparking and because it requires less
copper, which means lower armature resistance.
