Stator Needle Winding Machine WIND-3A-TSM Theory:
Brushless motor stator winding machine WIND-3A-TSM is designed to produce multi poles stator with
6poles, 9 poles, 12 poles electric motors which is multiples of 3.
Stator winding machine WIND-3A-TSM's spindle winding track is in square shape ,
needle moves only vertically driven by winding spindle, and for achieve better slot filling rate for the small
slot width stator with high slot full rate of motor, nozzle moves one wire size horizontally after one turn
winding for arraying, needle go to next wire size and till the end of slot width it move back and array in a
different direction,
stators are placed on rotating fixture for indexing,stator is stationary during the winding,
Winding machine does wires arraying and winding at same time automatically.
