(1) Application:
This hair pin forming machine is widely used in starter bar, aerospace coil, moving vehicle including hybrid car motor, heavy duty motor, BSG stator, electric car,light vehicle, electric vehicle, automotive motors, pure electric car motors, hybrid car motors, electric forklifts motors, electric tricycles motors, tourist vehicles motors, power tools motors and other automobile industry motors.

it automatic straighten the raw coil,remove enamel of four sides by grinding( flat surface, side surface at same time Chamfer),
automatic industrial vacuum cleaner suction, servo motor feeding, detection,cutting, forming,
