Priminox Overseas is a known manufacturing and exporting house of ALLOY C4 PIPES AND TUBES, which has virtually the same corrosion resistance as C-276. Meanwhile, these Hastelloy C4 Tubes is the most (micro-structurally) stable of the widely used nickel – chromium – molybdenum materials, which are well known for their resistance to many aggressive chemicals, in particular hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chlorides. In Alloy C4 Tubes, the tungsten was totally omitted and the iron content was reduced to approximately 1%.Its high temperature resistance up to 1900 Degree F (1038 Degree C) makes Hastelloy C4 Seamless Pipes suitable for most chemical process application in the "as" welded condition. This Nickel – Chromium – Molybdenum Hastelloy C4 Welded Pipes tolerates high temperatures and gives a design freedom in areas where weld geometry makes excessive heat build-up unavoidable. Hastelloy C4 Seamless Tubes is a nickel – chromium – molybdenum alloy with outstanding high-temperature stability as evidenced by high ductility and corrosion resistance even after aging in the 1200 Degree F to 1900 Degree F (649 Degree C to 1038 Degree C) range. Hastelloy C4 Welded Tubes is suitable for use in chemical processing media and prevents stress corrosion cracking and oxidation. Hastelloy UNS N06455 Pipes can be used at very high temperatures, can withstand extreme mechanical stress, and also used where high surface stability is required. Hastelloy DIN 2.4610 Tubes is machinable by conventional techniques and readily formed by conventional methods.
