Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT are nickel-iron chromium alloys with good strength, high temperature resistance to oxidation and carburization.In addition to the high carbon content of 800H in the alloy and the addition of up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium in the alloy 800HT, all these nickel steel alloys are the same.The heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy 800 is the first of these alloys, which has been slightly modified to the heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy 800H.This modification is designed to control carbon (0.05-0.10%) and grain size to optimize stress fracture performance.Incoly 800HT further modified the combined levels of titanium and aluminum (0.85-1.20%) to ensure optimum high temperature performance.Nickel alloy is double certified (800H/HT), combining two forms of performance.Inchroy 800H/HT alloy for high temperature structural applications.The nickel content makes the alloy highly resistant to the embrittlement caused by chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and sigma phase precipitation.Generally excellent corrosion resistance.In solution annealing condition, 800H and 800HT have excellent creep and stress fracture properties.
