DIN9250 Stainless Steel Serrated Tooth Knurled Disc Spring Washer
Hexagonal slotted nuts are designed for use with DIN9250 Stainless Steel Serrated Tooth Knurled Disc Spring Washer with holes at the end of the screw, so that the split pin can be inserted into the hole of the screw from the slot of the nut to prevent the nut from loosening automatically. It is mainly used in occasions with vibration load or alternating load. .
The methods to prevent the automatic loosening of nuts (or bolts) in mechanical design and production are as follows:
