Encapsulated Sanitary Electric Actuated Ball Valve With 3 Piece , Field Serviceable
This series is a pneumatic type sanitary 3-pc ball valve with tri-clamp / tri-clamp ends and Encapsulated PTFE seat, which is extensively used in food & beverage processing, brewing, oil refinery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to control medium flow. The Encapsulated PTFE seat design with no residue makes it an optimum choice for sanitary needs,this type of ball valve operates automatically by actuators.
Sanitary ball valves, is also called as hygienic ball valve which are opened by turning handles attached to balls inside the valves. The ball has a hole or port through the middle. When the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and flow is blocked.A ball valve is durable and usually work to achieve perfect shutoff even after years of disuse.

The full port design with zero restriction makes it an optimum choice for viscous and particulate liquids, NYHAU ball valve operates manually by 180°rotary Handle.
NYHAU valves can supply valve body and disc materials such as AISI 304 or AISI 316L, 304L and 316 materials according to your requests. This stainless steel hygienic ball valve is suitable for dairy, food, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial areas.

-10oC up to 150oC
Valve line includes, ball, butterfly, check, seat, long stroke, mix proof, PMO, diaphragm and sampling. All valves can be supplied with a variety of actuation and control packages.
Sanitary pump line includes both centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
