Manual Stainless Steel Sanitary Pressure Safety Valve Over Flow Valve
Applications:
Sanitary safety valve , named over flow valve, sanitary pressure relief valve, air release valve. The safety valve is used to protect pipe, pump from over pressure.
The safety valve is designed to be healthy and safe, to prevent operation danger and equipment breakdown due to pressure.
Full stainless steel material,the valve is best choice for protection equipment in dairy, food,beverage,pharmacy and fine chemical industries.
Operating principles:
--The valve is normally closed.
--The valve is calibrated to a special pressure by adjusting the spring with a pressure nut.
--When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds a certain pressure, the valve opens and allows fluid to pass, thereby reducing the pressure in the pipeline.
--The valve can be fitted with a handle to partially open the valve. When the handle remains open during the on-site cleaning process, the cleaning product can flow through the valve.
