Not forgetting the excellent cryogenic properties of ASME SB637 718 Inconel hex bar, the alloy is able to maintain its mechanical properties and perform well in such an atmosphere. This is seen especially if the ASTM B637 UNS N07718 Square Bars is used for application where temperature conditions are nearly -423 degrees F. Depending on the need of the buyer, a WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4668 Bright Bars could be supplied in a solution annealed temper or in an aged condition. The Inconel 718 Round Bar can also be delivered in either a cold worked, or a cold worked & aged condition.
