The other application where it is found used is condensers, gas processing, chemical equipment, seawater equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, and heat exchangers. During the designing process of heating tools such as ducts, boilers, hot rollers, and containers, if the temperature crosses 450 deg C and within 550 deg C the boiler quality AS plates can be used efficiently for fabricating the mud drums, steam drums, etc. The resistance to abrasion makes it used in the harshest working condition, like in the mining industry.

SA 515 GR.70 PRESSURE VESSEL STEEL PLATES are subjected to the test, and it is done to check the product quality. The tests done are hardiness tests, pitting corrosion tests, mechanical tests, and chemical tests. Also, more tests, like radiography, ultrasonic, macro, micro, flare, flattening, etc., are conducted. The documents like QAP, heat treatment chart, packaging list, fumigation certification, MTC as per EN 10204/3.1b, and third-party test report are provided.
