Hot Rolled Pre Painted Galvalume Steel Coil Suppliers For Roofing Sheet

The Galvalume steel should be kept away from the alkaline medium.
The roof made out of the Galvalume steel requires a slope to help drainage and to alleviate corrosion.
The Galvalume steel plate should have no direct contact with foundation concrete, wet wood, steel, lead and graphite.
Use trimmed plate rather than the plate to be cut plate at job - site.
While the steel plate is piled and processed, its finger-print proof film should be protected from getting black due to dampness and high temperature.
If the Galvalume steel is used for foaming and bonding appli - cation, then, small-lot test is needed for the initial use, in order to prevent the poor bonding.
If the Galvalume steel need to be cleaned, we do not suggest to be cleaned with ethanol. If must to be used, small-lot is needed for the initial use, in order to prevent the damage of the coating.

Black rust
The protective oxide film that forms on the surface of Aluzinc during open exposure to the atmosphere gives the fabric a really long useful life in air. If water or moisture penetrates between tightly packed products, like gutters, rapid corrosion will happen . thanks to the
limited access to oxygen, the oxide film won't re-form sufficiently quickly, and corrosion attack will occur. during this case, the products of corrosion are going to be black and are referred to as black rust. Black rust is generally very thin and doesn't affect the anti-corrosion properties of the coating, and is merely an aesthetic blemish.

SPT (surface protection treatment)
SPT treatment provides excellent protection against

fingerprinting during handling of the products. Enhanced anti-corrosionprotection SPT also provides enhanced anticorrosion protection during transport and storage. The protection against
discoloration on contact with stagnant water is substantially improved.
The SPT coating doesn't have a big effect on the technical useful lifetime of the products, but it provides a finer surface over a extended period of your time . Aluzinc or hot-dip galvanized steel?

Outdoor exposure tests are ongoing in Scandinavia for nearly 20 years and have demonstrated that the corrosion rate of Aluzinc is 3-7 times less than that of hot-dip galvanized steel.

• 7 times longer in an industrial environment

Similar results are obtained in studies that are ongoing for quite 30 years within the USA, during which Aluzinc was compared with hot-dip galvanized steel. These confirm that Aluzinc is 3-7 times better.
