The basic requirements and main components of umbilical cable inner tube production line, namely super duplex stainless steel coil production line, are briefly described.The structure and function of the main equipment of the production line are analyzed, such as tube - tube full position butt welding device, polishing device, X-ray plate digital imaging detection device, rewinding device and hydraulic test device.The trial production of 14.7mm ×1 mm S32750(SAF2507) super double-phase stainless coil has been carried out by using this production line. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the trial production coil completely meet the requirements of ISO 13628-5 -- 2009 and other relevant standards, and the production line can meet the needs of actual production.
