Due to the relationship between the manganese element, the color will be darker than 304 steel, but it is
difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. Because the nickel content is different, the corrosion resistance
of 201 is not as good as 304, and the higher carbon content makes 201 stainless steel harder and more
brittle than 304.
