V,How to use

5.1 Spraying equipment

① Small stockyard: can be sprayed with piggyback spray device or spray truck.

② Large stockyard: can be installed with fixed spraying device, can also be sprayed by vehicle-mounted or professional spraying truck, the range can reach 18-200m.

③ Mobile train and car transportation: need to build a curing agent spraying base station, or purchase a mobile spray truck to operate, and the conveyor belt can be installed with dry mist spraying equipment.

5.2 Dilution method

5.2.1 Solid dust suppressant dilution

1. New standard spraying base station: It is recommended to install a multi-functional high-mixer solution system to solve the problem of long-term water-in-water powder.

2. Stir while adding water, the stirring time is 3-15 minutes, to ensure that the dust suppressant is dissolved evenly, and the stirring time is slightly longer.

3. Put the curing agent in proportion to the equipment container containing water, stir while putting in, and stir well before use.

5.2.2 Liquid dust suppressant dilution

Directly pour the curing agent stock solution into the equipment container (there must be some water in the container to avoid adhering to the bottom of the container), and then add the required water at one time, and use the impact force of water to dilute and dissolve it before use.

1. If there is any spillage, please use a moisturizing dust suppressant for cement pavement.

2. Improper use of curing agent will corrode equipment or affect the quality of sprayed matter.
