Stainless Steel Rope Mesh Systems:

Elevated walkway railing stainless steel rope mesh is made from high tensile stainless steel 304, 316, 304L and 316L. The common stainless steel rope construction is 7 × 7 or 7 × 19, and 1 × 7 and 1 × 19 are also available. Railing stainless steel rope mesh can be divided into two kinds according to the combination method: stainless steel inter-woven type rope mesh and stainless steel ferruled type rope mesh. The former is combined by the ropes winded together. And the latter is combined by the ferrules which are made up from the same grade stainless steel 304 or 316.

Installation Steps Guide:

The installation of stainless steel rope mesh fencing is easier than you might expect and requires only a minimum of tools, matching frames and meshes in order and according to actual conditions is the key to success, ensure that the stainless steel rope mesh fencing has a uniform focus so that the correct tension to maintain the overall structure is safety, beautiful, and flexible.

•  Firstly 

Determine the length and height of flexible stainless steel wire rope mesh direction you received(make sure the stainless steel rope mesh is in the same directions as the frame);

•  Secondly 

Stretch the mesh, use Cable-Ties fixed mesh angle on the frame, and from top to bottom in order to secure both sides. (Note: Fixed both sides of the same time downward stretch mesh to shape the mesh hole)

•  Thirdly 

Using the single stainless steel wire rope insert the mesh opening in the edge into the frame by winding, this method is the most common way, fast and strong.(Wrap the stainless steel wire rope around the frame)

•  Finally 

Press the ferrule with the pliers tool, and cut off cable-ties belt. Now, each of the mesh angle is 60°
