Standard cleaning: press the “standard cleaning” button, the corresponding indicator light is on, the ultrasonic wave starts working in the standard ultrasonic strength mode, and then press again to stop.

Soft cleaning: Press the “soft cleaning” button, the corresponding indicator light is on, the ultrasonic wave starts working in soft ultrasonic intensity mode, press again to stop

Degassing cleaning: press the “degassing cleaning” button, the corresponding indicator light is on, the ultrasonic wave starts to work in pulse intermittent mode, and then press again to stop.

Temperature setting: The temperature setting can be set at any time by “C+” “C-”

Timing time setting: The timing time can be set at any time by “T+” “T-”. The “clean” sound generated by the work in the ultrasonic cleaning tank indicates that the ultrasonic operation is normal. (Continuous working time should not exceed 2 hours)

Heating: Press the “Heat” button, the corresponding indicator light is on, the tank starts to heat up (do not heat in the tank without liquid, otherwise it will damage the machine); press again to stop

Upper layer, display timing time: 99Min, or continuous operation ON, OFF

Lower layer, showing water temperature °C

A: We don’t set MOQ, but the price will be better for the larger quantity . Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

Q: Whether some samples can be provided? 
A: Yes, just need some sample cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production. 

Q: How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality? 
A: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection  report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance: in case of non- conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time , the resulting  transportation costs will be our side.
