Product Description
Made from 304 grade stainless steel u channel molding trim which is suitable for exterior use and industrial contract applications. Recommended wherever there is heavy exposure to chemicals or a high level of hygiene is required. Used as a decorative u channel strip, the metal u channel trim is usually used as a detail border set within 2 separate tile choices, or between one tile choice as a border feature.
Stainless steel U channel trim installation:
1)Firstly, don’t tear off the protective film of u channel trim
2)It is necessary to pay attention to its location during construction, because it has different interfaces, so it needs to be spliced. If you use a 45-degree splicing interface, you should also fix it on a 45-degree angle fixer, and then cut it off with a hacksaw blade. When sawing, you must be careful not to damage its surface.
3) Then fix it on the wall or install it on the ceiling, be sure to fix it. Glue it on the installed surface and fix it with tape, and wait until the glue has solidified.
