As the substance with water is easy to absorb microwave to be heated, so except for a small quantity of energy wastage, it is almost no other wastage in this process. This is the reason why this machine with high efficient and save energy can save energy over 1/3 than infrared ray.
Control easily, operation flexible. Microwave power and transport speed are all adjustable, The programmed automatic control for heating progress and its technique criterion can be realized with this machine to choose man-machine interface and PLC.
No dust pollution and cleaning easily, it is complied with GMP standard.
The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder. The mesh-belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and it is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the dryer. The dryer is composed of several sections. For each section the hot air is circulated separately. Part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower. The waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away. The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property. The final products after the drying process will fall into the material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to client requirement.
Application
It is used for drying and sterilizing powder, granule and slice or colloid, etc, shape’s food, additive, condiment, medicine, Chinese medicine and herb materials, nutrition health product, farming byproduct-non-fried instant noodle, flour, bean, beef jerky, meet slice, fish jerky, tea, tobacco. Exuviating and roasting almond, peach kernel, peanut kernel, millet etc. Expanding potato chip, shrimp slice and fish stomach. Sterilizing Such us which take orally, pickles, etc. Product’s fog proof, ice out for frozen fish, sculptumeat, etc. To dry bean and eliminate fresh smell for it; dry, separate re for metallurgy manufacturing; dry for dye, chinaware, glass fiber, chemical fiber, cotton yarn, wood, leather, bamboo, etc.
