Preface
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to pump air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster. Note: if use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If the solvent is water, condenser might be canceled and the investment and energy could be saved.
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

Features
Main Application
This machine is suitable for drying the material which is easy to decompose/polymerization under the high temperature and the degenerative heat-sensitive materials. Before drying can take disinfects processing, to prevent intermingle materials during the drying process.
This machine belongs to static type vacuum dryer, so dry material body won't damaged, is widely used in pharmacy, food, chemical and electric industries etc.
Working Principle
This vacuum drier is designed with drying frame, which can be dismantled. Because of the raise of the hot air, the heat is sufficiently utilized to dry the material. Especially we adopts double steam tubes (indirect, layered) to improve the uneven temperature in the former static vacuum drier. The sealing door of the vacuum dryer is designed to be the floating structure and easy to open. The high vacuum degree makes the material dried more quickly at low temperature. The detailed craft process diagram and the system equipped sheet are attached.
