Professional Tray Tape Food Vacuum Dryer For Fruit And Vegetable
This vacuum drying oven is widely used in medicine, food, light industry, chemical industry, electronic industry for materials drying, the drying features are fast drying speed, energy saving, little pollution, no damage to immanent quality of raw material. Vacuum drying is to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying. It mainly applies vacuum pump to pump air and humidity out, which enables the working chamber to be filled with vacuum, then the boiling point of water will be reduced and the drying speed is increased, at the same time, the energy is saved.
Product Features
1. The vacuum dryer can get higher drying rate at low temperatures, makes full use of heat. The heating source can be steam, hot water, thermal oil and electric.
2. It’s especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials, if the raw materials contains organic solvent, by add the condenser, the solvent can be recovered.
3. This is static vacuum dryer, when running, the materials' shape will not be damaged. It's batch operation type, can adjust the technical process at any time.
4. Raw materials can be sterilized before drying process, there is without any impurities mixed with the raw materials during the drying process.
Technical Advantages

Working Principle
VTD series vacuum shelf tray dryer is a most often used static chamber dryer under vacuum condition. Inside the drying chamber, trays loaded with wet material are placed on top of each other in a drying shelf.
In drying pocess, heat medium, such as steam, hot water or thermal oil, is connected to the drying shelf which transfers heat to wet material. Under vacuum condition, boiling point of moisture is much lower. So the moisture can be evaporated under low temperature. The vacuum pump constantly sucks out the evaporated moisture to speed the drying process. Vacuum pump, tubular condenser and buffer tank are equipped to recover the evaporated moisture.
Product Details
The parts touching with materials can be made from SS304, SS316L, Ti, Hastelloy, PTFE lined or other materials. Its inside wall is treated with electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing while its outside wall uses SS304 full-welding structure, and its outside surface is treated with mirror polishing or matte polishing.
