High Speed Centrifugal rotary spray dryer machine is the widest used technology in the liquid shaping technology and in the drying industry. Centrifugal Atomizing (Spray) Drying Equipment is most suitable for producing powder, particles or solid block products from materials of solution, emulsion, soliquoid and pumpable paste states. Therefore, spray drying is useful to create the desired particle size, residual water contents, the stocking density, and the particle shape needed to meet precise standards.
Product Principle Of Work
The air enters into the air distributor which on the top of the drier after filtering and heating. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room. When liquid raw material is passing through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, it will be rotated and sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads. Raw material can be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heated air. The finished products are discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and cyclones segregator. The waste gas is discharged from blower.

Plastics and resin:AB,ABS emulsion,uric acid resin,phenolic aldehyde resin,urea-formaldehyde resin,formaldenhyde resin,polythene,poly-chlor-oprene and etc.
Detergent:Common washing powder,advanced washing powder,soap powder,soda ash,emulsifier,brightening agent,orthophosphoric acid and etc.
Chemical Industry:Sodium fluoride(potassium),alkaline dyestuff and pigment,dyestuff intermediate,compound fertilizer,formic silicic acid,catalyst,sulphuric acid agent,amino acid,white carbon and so on.
Ceramic:aluminium oxide,ceramic tile material,magnesium oxide,talcum and so on.
Other:Calmogastrin,hime chloride,stearic acid agent and the cooling spray.
Product Features
The dry speed is fast.The surface area of raw material liquid after being atomized will be increased greatly.95%-98% of moisture can be evaporated at moment.The time to finish dry needs about ten seconds to several tens of seconds.It is suitable for drying thermal sensitive material particularly.
The finished produce is ball granule with uniform size.Its fluidity and solubility are good.The purity of product is high and its quality is good.
