Steam Heating Chemical Vacuum Rake Dryer For Dyes And Pigment
Vacuum harrow drying equipment is new type high-efficiency horizontal vacuum drying equipment. It adopts jacketed structure, and the jacket can be heated by steam, hot water or conduction oil. The jacket transfers the heat to the inner wall of the shell via conduction or radiation. The dried materials are added into the dryer through an opening in the middle of the machine shell. Constant stirring of the revolving harrow causes the materials move back and forth. The surface contacting with the inner wall of the shell constantly updates, resulting in high drying rate and uniform finished products.
Product Structure
2.1 The loading cylinder of raw materials will be equipped with heating jacket,and heat insulation layer will be equipped outside the jacket,which will prevent the heat be transferred ,and also reduce the heat loss. Discharge hole is equipped with the lower part of the cylinder, on the top of the cylinder with two feeding holes and an air exhaust outlet.When feeding,the raw materials should be fed equally from the two feeding holes,the best feeding capacity is about 60%-80% of the volume of the cylinder,the max feeding capacity should not exceed 80%,otherwise will affect the smooth discharge of gas evaporation .When the sticky raw material is feeding,the feeding capacity should be reduced, to prevent the drive motor overloaded, damage to equipment.
2.2 Hollow shaft is set inside the center of of the cylinder,in heating medium will be put into the shaft( like hot conduction oil or hot water).
2.3 On the hollow shaft distributed with oar blades with certain angle,the oar blades are also hollow within heating transferred,inlet and outlet of hot oil conduction are equipped inside of the blades,to ensure the heat transfer efficiency during the drying
2.4 Seals: Packing seals are equipped during shaft and cylinder.
2.5 Transmission:Except the special models,we normally apply the chain or gear transmission style.Pivot bear apply duplex bearing combination ,with tapered roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing combined,to meeting the requirements of radial and axial force.
Product Structure Features
1. Being installed stirrer in the machine, it makes raw material form the state of continuous circle inside the body, so heating uniformity of raw material is raised greatly.
2. Being installed stirrer in the machine, slurry and paste shape material can be dried easily.
3. Special design for discharging port, make better sealing and less material accumulation, discharge is easy.
4. There are two seal model, mechanical seal and packing seal. The design supply good seal and long life.
5. The special techniques of shaft and rake support high strength and concentric.
6. The medium in shaft and vibration adding equipment will be equipped by requirement
7. Use different filter form according to different material.
Product Application
Vacuum harrow dryer equipment is designed for drying slurry, pasty, powdery materials, thermosensitive materials requiring low-temperature drying, easily oxidized materials, as well as explosive materials, toxic materials and the materials whose organic solvents should be recovered. This vacuum drying equipment is applied to the pharmaceutical, nourishment, food, chemical and other industries.
