DESCRIPTION
This welding special machine is specialized in welding the connection of the EI piece and fixed base. Applicable industries include manufacturing industry of transformer, electric reactor, electromagnet, etc.
Welding Power Source: Be able to choose the imported AC Pulse from Japan Panasonic or single point welding power source of argon arc welding machine from famous brands of China.
Pressurized structure: Adopt the pneumatic assembly from famous factories as the pressurized source. The bottom is used to withstand the pressure from the top in order to ensure the reasonable structure of machine which is able to coordinate with the fast locating device to execute welding locating.
Full Wafer System: Adopt the pneumatic mode to level and pressure closing the transformer steel sheet through vibration and beat frequency of cylinder. Be able to level and extrude the embossment when overlapping.
Welding Moving System: Adopt the hydraulic pneumatic assembly from famous factories as the welding moving system to conduct uniform motion in order to guarantee the stability of welding.
Operation System: Adopt the electric and hydraulic type of transmission mechanism as the whole operational net. Choose the PLC of Japan Panasonic as the central processing unit to transmit all kinds of data. Simple testing and convenient operation.
Cooling System: Adopt parallel embedded cooling system, forced water cooling in order to guarantee the high frequency and long time working of machine.
