DESCRIPTION

Gantry type welding machine with automatic feeding system. The worker only needs to put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will conduct automatic welding. The machine is equipped with bothway automatic feeding system, and the welding distance could be adjusted freely. The feeder will move back and forth and conduct welding automatically. This machine is suitable for batch welding of wire mesh with multiple spots.

This machine is composed of gantry type support, welding transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes, electrical control system, cooling system, and PLC operation control system. The general welder for welding wire mesh in the market can only weld the square and rectangle net. However, except for square and rectangle, this machine could be used to weld triangle, circular and other shapes of wire mesh.

So the machine will choose the small power 150KW discharging transformer which is special used for resistance welding as the welding power source. 3. Welding Control System: The secondary which is controlled by microcomputer will identify the output of current automatically in order to guarantee the constant current of each welding spot. In the meantime, the control system is equipped with the function of voltage compensation which is used for the automatic detection of the voltage change in order to ensure the constant strength of the welding spot.
