DESCRIPTION
This machine can be customized according to the specifications provided by our customer, we adopt the design of multiple welding heads gantry type welding machine with automatic wire dropping hopper .The worker only needs to put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will automatically execute dropping wires and welding process.
The machine is designed with double power source ,automatic wire dropping ,automatic welding ,automatic bending and automatic discharge
This machine is composed of gantry type support, welding transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes, electrical control system, cooling system, and PLC operation control system. The general welder for welding wire mesh in the market can only weld the square and rectangle net. However, except for square and rectangle, this machine could be used to weld triangle, circular and other shapes of wire mesh.
