Automatic Spot Welding Machine For Welding BIS Fixing Rail With 16m Automatic Feeder
DESCRIPTION
Adopt automatic feeder to fix and drive Fixing Rail for welding. According to the preset moving distance, the machine will do welding while the feeder moves automatically. The total length of the feeder is 16400mm while the width is 300 mm. Adopt servo motor mobile methods. The moving distance could be adjusted according to your requirement.
WORKING PROCESS
1.Load the parts of fix rail into the feeder manually or by lifting machine.
2.The parts of fix rail will be stacked up according to requirement.
3.Afterwards, start welding program to finish the first spot welding.
4.Then the servo motor will move forward according to the preset data;
5.The machine will keep cycle working and it will stop when finishing the last spot welding;
6. After welding process, the locating check block cylinder, hole fixing cylinder and side pressing cylinder will reset.
7. You may take out the work piece manually or by lifting machine.
