DESCRIPTION
This automatic robot welding system is customized for welding Storage Rack Beam.It is equippes with two sets of welding robot and automatic positioners.
Welding Process:
Firstly, manual loading Storage Rack Beam parts into fixture, then it will be clamped in jig.
Secondly: start the machine, and positioner will rotate for robot better welding rack. While one side is doing welding, worker will put rack to another side fixture. After welding one rack , machine can continue welding following one. (Please see below machine pictures)
