6Axis robot machine can be used to welding all kinds of fule tank, jerry can, furniture, stainless steel , iron products and so on Welder: Adopt Panasonic mig/tig/ aluminium welder Rotating positioner will be designed by your products CAD drawing.
Welding position will be customized as different products.
Robot arm model: HS-R6-08, be able to lift 8kg of item. The motion radius is 1437mm which means the maximum reaching distance is 1437mm. Front and back distance could reach 1033mm. Six-axi1s movement.
APPLICATION
Applied to loading and unloading, welding, stacking transportation, gelatinization and spraying industry.
This automatic robot can achieve automatic welding process with customized positioner and fixture.
Welding Process:
1. Firstly, put the work piece inside fixture, then it will be clamped in fixture.
2. Then start the machine, and positioner will rotate fixture which is loaded with work piece to welding position;
