This specialized CNC sink grinding machine operates on the innovative principle of abrasive belt polishing. The electric motor propels the abrasive belt, enabling precision polishing on the welded sink's edge. The polishing process involves two distinct stages. Initially, the coarse abrasive belt efficiently grinds away excess cutting edges and eliminates projection welding spots. Subsequently, the fine abrasive belt is employed for meticulous polishing. The combination of these processes ensures the sink undergoes optimal grinding and polishing treatment.
Distinguished by its utilization of the Mitsubishi professional automatic control system, this machine simplifies operation. By inputting the product's coordinate data and initiating the machine, the abrasive belt seamlessly executes grinding and polishing following a preset program. This automated process allows the worker to focus on placing and retrieving the sink, streamlining the overall operation.

The product will be fixed on the locating mould. The servo motor will drive the X and Y axle to run within the preset data of program. The machine could store 15 types of grinding models. The grinding wheel will move along with X direction and the max moving range is 1220mm while the max moving range of Y direction is 620mm. The Z axle can conduct moving up and down within the range of max 250mm while the A axle can conduct 360ºrotating under the control of servo motor. This machine is suitable for different directions of product.
