Product Introduction

Invar 36 tube is an iron-nickel alloy tube with an ultra-low expansion coefficient. Its main components include about 36% nickel and the balance iron, as well as small amounts of trace elements such as silicon, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur. This alloy has an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient of about 1.2×10^-6/℃ in the temperature range of -250℃ to +200℃, which makes it almost unchanged in size when the temperature changes. Invar 36 tube has good mechanical properties, including high strength and excellent tensile properties. Its tensile strength is usually around 490 MPa and its elongation is about 30%. Invar 36 tube also has good processing properties and can be processed by processes such as cold rolling and annealing to further improve its mechanical properties and surface quality.
