- quality tapered high-density closed cell foam, allowing rain, ice and snow run off;
- standard 1.6 lbs top quality virgin EPS foam cores (2.0 available), taper from 4 inches thick at the middle to 3 inches thick at the edges;
- U-channel reinforcement in the foam adds strength across the fold of the cover;
- reinforced hinge corners for cover lifter application;
- expert heavy-duty stitching, high-density double stitching for added strength at all points of stress, X stitching for cover handles, UV-resistant threads, high-quality craftsmanship;
- we offer a large variety colours and custom options – for hot tubs spas of all shapes, sizes and styles;
- upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.
