about the foam
- virgin-bead tapered EPS foam features a full 1"-2" of slope for effective water run-off;
- strong, galvanized steel C-channel support beams, embedded in the center of the foam;
- heat-sealed polyethylene vapor barrier to prevent water absorption;
- reinforced hinge corners for cover lifter application;
- expert heavy-duty stitching, high-density double stitching for added strength at all points of stress, X stitching for cover handles, UV-resistant threads, high-quality craftsmanship;
- we offer a large variety colours and custom options – for hot tubs spas of all shapes, sizes and styles;
- upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.
