• Neat Stacking: It utilizes specific mechanisms and technologies to ensure the banknotes are stacked neatly. For example, it forms wavy gaps through special rotating shaft components to squeeze the banknotes and create lines, increasing their rigidity. This process keeps the banknotes straight during stacking, preventing tailgating, snagging, and folding.
• Single Sheet Handling: The module is capable of processing one banknote at a time. It can send out and stack banknotes one by one, and is effective in handling banknotes of different sizes and stiffness.

Detection and Verification Functions

• Thickness Detection: It is equipped with sensors such as LVDT sensors to detect the thickness of banknote paper and identify banknotes that do not meet the standard thickness.
• Dimension Detection: The module can detect the dimensions of banknotes to determine whether they meet the specified size requirements. It can accurately identify banknotes that are too long or too short.
