This flat die wood pellet press is new biomass fuel production machinery by using crushed sawdust and bran from eucalyptus,pine birch,poplar,fruit and agricultural straw,bamboo.

Working Principle :

The raw material comes into the pelletizing chamber , meanwhile the ring die is rotating and driving the rolller shell ,under the action of moving ,the raw material enters to the hole of ring die and pressed by roller shell into the pellet and then cutted by the scrap .
