All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable. If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange.
2. Service: English version printer, English manual and necessary tools will be provided.
We can give the assistance online during installation, operation and maintenance and trouble-shoot.
If you need our technician to install for you,we can send the technician to your place to install, but the buyer need to pay all the expense for the technician).
3. Other Parts and Our suggestion:
And our price is normally come with the complete accessory for client to install machine and maintop or ultraprint software for free with machine .(For free software, most client will choose maintop)
4. But Photoprint sofeware is optional which cost extra money as it is can be easier handle.
5. And take up system for picking up output material is optional which cost extra money as well .
6. And We suggest you buy machine with our original &new heads, original printing ink &cleaning solution / solvent which you can put these ink inside machine to save more shipping cost.
