Printer Details

  1. Adopting heavy duty steel beams structure for a solid foundation of high resolution and high speed printing.
  2. Super-wide aluminum printing platform with molding making, adopt print heads of SPT 1020 and 510_35pl ensure the productivity of printing.
  3. 400W high power AC servo motor control sysytem ,with long life,high accuracy and quick response.
  4. The power of medias absorbing can be adjusted, which allows printer adopts varied different kind of medias.
  5. The safety of low voltage print head heating system and second level ink sub tank constant temperature system ensure the printer can be worked on varies environment.
  6. This model has positive and negative flush function, also one key flush function which provides easier print heads maintenance and longer life of print heads.
  7. The function of single color positive flush reduces ink consumption, automatic detecting of print head temperaturesystem will adjust the voltage of print head automatically, which avoids print head blocked.
  8. During the printing process, the step and bi-direction reference data can be adjusted which improves working efficiency, Wave and linear technology also improves the pass banding problem.
  9. With automatically tiling and repeat function, same job could be printed repeatedly by ripping once.
  10. Automatic media feeding device with memory of each kind of medias, automatically indentify which kind of media is usingcurrently. It is easier to operate such device with the control panel in front of the printer.
  11. Adopts a alert system of main tank while lacking ink, convenient and safe to exchange ink, avoiding the lost by ink lacking.
  12. Effective ventilation system is a great solution of getting rid of the smell of solvent ink.
  13. Optional constant temperature front hot air dry fan system allows printer working under a low temperature and moist environment.
  14. Cleaning LED light with glass cover ,easy for printhead cleaning ,Light has automatically shut off function ,it extend the using life of LED.
  15. Auto head protector keeps the print head in a good condition ,With limit switch protection avoiding printhead mangled.
  16. Pre heating on rear heating board, middle heating board with higher temperature improves ink absorption, precision printing and working efficiency

spareparts broken within this period,pls send back to us and we will

repair or exchange new parts to you.

For installation,we give English operation manual.And we give online

support too.If you need,we can provide installation video or we can send

our technician to your place to install and set for you.

If you come to Guangzhou,we can give free training about

installation,operation,maintain and troubleshoot.You don't need to worry

anything at all.

 

3. How do you delivery machine to me?

We have well cooperated shipping forwarders, so we can arrange the shipping to your port (your country) at very low charges. If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will send to yourforwarder's warehouse free.
