4. Strength: Artificial Quartz has four times the flexural strength of granite, making it less susceptible to chipping and cracking during transportation and installation.

High speed dispersion machine mix resin, color and so on.
Mixing machine quartz sand, powder and the mixed material by step1
Disperser all mixed material the mold and press by vacuum vibrating by draulie pressing machine.
Put the pressed slabs into soilidifying machine to solidify slabs.
Cut slabs by vertical and horizontal cutting machine.
Calibrate slabs by the first calibrating machine.
Turn over slabs by 180 degree turn over machine.
Calibrates slabs by the second calibrating machine.
Polish slabs by sutomatic polishing machine, and process slabs by waxing machine to make it much glossy.
