1. Brief Introduction
Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter(HVBF)is a kind of hi-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment. With the supporting of vacuum box, the rubber belt is slipping on the vacuum box, which a sealing movement structure is formed between vacuum box and belt. The solid-liquid separation is achieved by a negative vacuum pressure.
2. Structure of Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter
The filtrate section is along the horizontal direction of the horizontal vacuum belt filter, it can continuously achieves a serious technical processes of filtration, cake washing, discharging, filter washing, etc.. The mother liquid and cake washing liquid can be collected by different cavities.
It has an advantages of high filtration efficiency, big capacity, good washing efficiency, low cake moisture, flexible operation, easy maintenance, etc.
The HVBF is improved and completed during couple of years, the technical characteristics and quality are meet the international advanced level.
