Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter(HVBF)is a kind of hi-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment. With the supporting of vacuum box, the rubber belt is slipping on the vacuum box, which a sealing movement structure is formed between vacuum box and belt. The solid-liquid separation is achieved by a negative vacuum pressure.
The Horizontal Belt Filter features a PLC or DCS Control System, providing an efficient and user-friendly interface which can achieve a highly working efficience and save the labor cost.
The filtration process is carried out through Vacuum Absorb technology, which guarantees a high filtration rate and low energy consumption.
