Production Description
Application:Used in resistance welding machine electrodes, seam welding wheels, electrical switch gear, electrode holder jaws,cable connectors, current carrying arms and shafts, circuit breaker parts, arcing and bridging parts, grid side rods in electron tubes, molds, spot welding tips, flash welding electrodes, electrical and thermal conductors requiring.
Characteristics:High electrical and thermal conductivity; possessing good strength and hardness; heat wear resisting, distortion prevention ability strong.
Compared with other copper alloys, cupronickel has excellent mechanical properties and physical properties, good ductility, high hardness, beautiful color, corrosion resistance and deep-drawing performance. It is widely used in shipbuilding, petrochemical, electrical appliances, instruments, medical equipment, daily necessities. , crafts and other fields, and is also an important resistance and thermocouple alloy.
C11000 copper bar has good electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing properties, it can be welded and brazed. Impurities containing low electrical and thermal conductivity are small, and trace oxygen has little effect on electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing properties, but it is easy to cause "hydrogen disease" and is not easy to process (annealing, welding, etc.) in high temperature (>370℃) reducing atmosphere and use.
