Outdoor Use Solar Tracker Slew Drive With Hydraulic Motor For Construction Machinery
Description
The slewing drive is widely used in ground-mount solar arrays which are typically installed in mostly flat open fields, especially on utility-scale projects. Certain solar markets have naturally level land, which makes installs simpler, but flat terrain isn’t always an option however. Some solar sites in mountain areas or hilly regions can undergo civil engineering to make level ground for mounting.
Solar trackers increases the performance of solar PV panels in the shoulder periods of the day, where a static fixed mount panel would only receive obscured sun exposure. This can be seen in the graphs of side by side solar tracking panels & static fixed panels.
Slewing Drive Application
Slewing drive for solar tracking system application include solar Concentrator Solar Dish, CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaics), CSP (Concentrated solar power), solar parabolic trough, PV tracker, of which the widely used application is solar tracking system. Before that, the slewing drives are mainly applied in Construction Machinery for trucks, plat form, mechinical transmission.
It can be also used in wind energy, satellite tracking, robot arm etc.
