Description
Welding converter applications
A two-seat welding converter is a transposing machine that combines flip and swing functions. Flip and swing are driven by two axes, holding the workpiece of the workbench in addition to swinging around its own axis, but also around another axis to do tilt or flip, it can be welded to various positions on the welder to the horizontal or "ship type" of the easy-to-weld position welding, suitable for frame type, box type, disc type and other non-long workpiece welding.
The workbench is mounted on a "U" frame, swinging at the desired welding speed, and the "U" frame is on both sides of the seat, mostly at constant speed or the required welding speed around the horizontal axis. The machine not only has good overall stability, but if properly designed, after the workpiece is placed on the workbench, the center of gravity of the tilt motion will pass or approach the tilt axis, and the tilt drive torque will be greatly reduced, so the heavy-duty shifter adopts this structure. Its application range is more than 50t heavy-duty large-size workpieces of the flip shift position, mostly with large door welding operators or telescopic arm welding operators.
There are no limitations of mounting angles and positions of the SE series slewing ring bearing drive. It can be mounted horizontally, vertically and inclined. Enclosed slewing ring bearing drives are assembled of enclosed housing, slewing bearing, worm shaft and other parts. Users can choose electric motors or hydraulic motors as the driving power. It can rotate 360 degrees forward or reverse rotating. The slewing ring bearing drive is compact design and it is also easy to mount and easy maintainence in comparison with other types of driving devises.
