Backtracking Horizontal Single Axis Tracker
Working principle:
Horizontal single axis tracker has one torque tube tracking the sun at east to west direction automatically every day, with simpler structure, easy assembling and high terrain adaptability. Solar PV tracker implements distributed actuation architecture, enabling each row to be independently controlled by its own motor with the tracking method “Astronomical algorithm + closed-loop control”. making the system accurate and reliable, real-time closed-loop feedback tracking angle, automatic tracking, without human intervention. At medium and low latitude region, it increases investment about 5-8%, while promotes generating capacity by 15%-25%.
Our tracker adopts slew drive, simple overall structure, and easy to install and maintain. The self-balancing structure of the system can reduce mechanical wear and extend the life of the motor. At the same time, the fragile and consumable parts were chosen standard products in the market, which make the maintenance and replacement of the motor easier.
