A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q2 What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3 Can you print the clients LOGO on the lamps and Cartons?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q4 Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Q5 What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization            letters.

Operation & Precautions

· Mains charging
1. Please fully charge the battery before use (the red light flashes when charging, and the battery indicator turns green and always on after fully charged)
2. There are four levels of brightness: 100% brightness, 75% brightness, 100% brightness, 25% brightness.
3. It can be directly connected to small-capacity devices such as mobile phones, game consoles, digital cameras, MP4, etc. for charging through a standard USB cable.
4. Insert the standard LED bulb into any hole of DC1~DC4 and turn on the bulb.
· Solar panel charging
If you use solar panels for charging, first insert the solar panels into the DC charger, place the solar panels in a sunny place, and be careful not to have anything blocking the solar panels. To use AC charging, plug the adapter DC into the solar light DC charger, and then connect the 220 VAC charger.
