Main components:

The soil shrinkage meter is composed of the main part and the quasi-soil part.

1. The main part is composed of base plate, watch rod, watch clip, perforated plate, etc.

2. The quasi-soil part is composed of guide ring, ring cutter, locating ring and bulldozer.

3. The dial indicator is not attached when leaving the factory and is prepared by the user.

Main technical conditions:

1. The ratio of y effective working area to pore area of perforated plate is 2:1.

2. The micrometer block is 10mm in diameter and 4mm in thickness.

3. The diameter of soil cutting ring is 61.8 mm and the height is 20 mm (the area of soil sample is 30 square centimeters and the height is 2 mm).

WZ-2 soil dilatometer conforms to GBJ123-88 soil test and JT051-93 highway soil test specification. This instrument is used to measure the no-load expansion of undisturbed soil and compacted soil samples, and to measure the expansion of cohesive soil in the process of immersion and the water content after expansion and stabilization. It can be used as a reference for evaluating the expansion potential energy of clayey soil, and can meet the needs of both geotechnical tests and highway tests.
