VSI sand making machine, also called VSI crusher or VSI sand maker, is mainly used for building sand making. It is advanced equipment for producing artificial sand. It provides high-quality sand aggregate for expressway, high-speed railway, high-rise building, municipal administration, hydropower dam construction and concrete mixing station. It is also equipment in the field of artificial sand making and stone shaping. Usually with sand washing machine, crusher, vibrating screen, vibration feeder and so on can be composed of sand making line.
VSI sand maker is the use of high-speed rotating materials to break each other and friction between materials and broken (stone), its feed maximum granularity must be in accordance with the machine's technical performance parameter table specified in the granularity, strictly prohibited than the specified granularity of the material into the crusher.
Crusher's maximum water content of less than 20%, generally through the sand washing machine out of the ore can be directly into the machine broken.
