Concrete Mixing Plant
A concrete plant, also known as a batch plant orbatching plant or a concrete batching plant, is equipmentthat combines various ingredients to form concrete. Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate, fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement. There are two main types of concrete plants: Dry mixing plants and Wet mix plants, and also plants that containboth a transit mix side and a central mix side whileutilizing common material storage points. A concrete plant can have a varietyof parts and accessories, including: mixers, cement batchers, aggregatebatchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins, cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls, and dust collectors.
SINOWAY concrete mixing plant is a combinational device used to mix concrete in centralized.Because of its mechanization, high degree of automation, so the productivity is also high, and to ensure the quality of concrete and save cement.There are many different types and components of the concrete mixing plants, the basic structure includes: Feeding system, measuring (weighing) system, mixing system, electrical system and auxiliary equipments (such as air compressor, water pump etc. ). They are used to transport, feed, store, batch, weigh, mix and discharge the concrete raw materials: Cement, water, sand, crushed stone, admixture and additive.

The filler bin is installed with centralized controller and negative pressure pulse dust collection device, which facilitates the driver’s direct control, realizing the safety of the cement bin and environment protection and dedusting.
