Electromagnetic iron remover is a kind of electromagnetic equipment used to remove iron parts from scattered non-magnetic materials. It is usually installed in the head or middle of belt conveyor. The strong magnetic force produced by electrification will suck up the iron mixed in the material and throw it out by the discharging belt to achieve the purpose of automatic clearance, and can effectively prevent the longitudinal splitting of conveyor belt, and protect the normal work of crusher, grinder, flat iron remover, etc.
The electromagnetic iron remover is composed of the body and the iron removing mechanism. The main body of the iron remover has reasonable magnetic circuit design, high magnetic field intensity and large permeability depth, so it is suitable for removing iron when the material layer is thicker. Because of the fully sealed structure and vacuum drying in the manufacturing process, it can effectively prevent the dust and harmful gases from corroding the coil. It has strong adaptability to the environment and climate and long service life.
