Spiral Stone Washer Aggregate Processing Equipment Spiral Log Washer Sand Washer
Log washer is also known as sand washer. Because of its different appearance and principle, it is also called spiral stone & sand washer, drum stone & sand washer, water wheel sand washer, vibration sand washer, etc. It can be used for desliming and screening of a large number of sand and gravel used in construction sites, sand and gravel factories, prefabrication factories and hydropower sites, as well as for ore separation machines. The spiral stone washer consists of a groove body, a reducer, a motor, a central shaft, a spiral blade and a support. The bracket is welded on the central axis, and the spiral blade is packed and pressed with bolts to keep the blade from sagging and deforming.
The spiral sand washer separates dust and impurities from sand by using the characteristics of different particle sizes and densities of materials with different settling velocities in fluids. The settling speed of fine particles and small particles is slow, while that of large particles with large particle sizes and densities is fast. Under the uniform agitation of spiral plates, the purpose of filtering water and removing impurities and lifting transportation is achieved. The log washer forms a sedimentation tank at the lower part of the inclined tank. The spiral head is submerged in the sedimentation tank. The spiral is driven by the motor through deceleration and rotated spirally. The bottom of the sedimentation tank is fed with the cleaning water to complete the three functions of cleaning, dewatering and grading.
