Product Description
The QXZL-792X1120 rotating basket cleaning machine is a cleaning system which dedicated to cleaning, removing the oil and impurities the surface of the capsule pill rotating basket . With 316L material in pipes, water pumps, cleaning nozzles, and rinsing nozzles for spraying. With the air knife drying process adopted, and the conductivity detection device detects the cleaning effect, so that the cleaning is more efficient. The entire cleaning process is automatically completed by the equipment, The basket can achieve the required high cleanliness and after the cleaning, rinsing and drying,
1) Air knife-material is 304.
2) Cleaning the working chamber-With welding plate of stainless steel. Which thickness 1.5mm on the inner surface of the chamber. Tank size 1770×1640×1335 (height) mm
3) Configure glass windows.
4) Control system-touch screen, PLC automatic control.
5) Cleaning pump-stainless steel 316L material. Power 5.5KW, flow: 8m³/h
6) Rinsing pump-stainless steel 316L material, power 5.5KW, flow 4m³/h
7) Cleaning the water tank-welding on the inner surface of stainless steel. The thickness of the plate is 2mm.
8) Rinsing water tank-stainless steel is 2mm in thinkness plate well welding in the inner surface .
9) Heating-built-in stainless steel heating rods, each heating rod 3.2KW.
10) Piping-The pipeline is made of stainless steel 316L.
11) Exhaust vent-the top of the working chamber is equipped with an exhaust vent to adjust the air pressure of the cleaning working chamber in time.
